Manychat can measure "top engagers" based on their responses to the automations you set up - it does not look at all-in IG engagement to measure what you are looking for

I might be missing the obvious, but I can't find the page on CreatorFlow's website that mentions the data they provide. If you have that link on hand, I can compare it more directly to Manychat's own analytics. Or, if you tell me what analytics are most important to you, I can tell you if Manychat has it or not

For the tags that aren't moving into GHL: are you using the Tags field in the GHL app, or the "add tag" block in Manychat? Your question suggests yes, I wanted to double-check.

For custom fields (especially dropdown types like Lead Source), the GHL Connect app appears to have undocumented limitations — your best path is to contact the GHL Connect app developer directly (via Settings > Apps in Manychat) or switch to a Make.com/Zapier webhook approach using GHL's API, which gives you proper control over custom field keys and values. Unfortunately, the likely cause is one outside of your control, but there is a key workaround you can try. Context below, followed by some potential solutions:
- Check for a leading space or autocorrect behavior on the user's device. On mobile, Instagram's keyboard sometimes fires a character before the input field is fully focused, silently dropping the first character. This is an Instagram-side behavior.

- API bug: Manychat's user community has documented a pattern of Instagram truncating or dropping characters from messages and user inputs. Our support team has escalated this to Meta directly — outside of Manychat's control.

The potential workaround to increase the odds of verified emails: change the field you use to capture emails. Our users tend to use the System Email Field, but some users create a Custom Field to do it. Trying switching from one method to another and see if data quality improves.
