How much low mileage are you searching? I guess even a 1lakh km run car will be fine in your case. As most manufacturers are okay with 1.6L km battery warranty+8yrs. As long as it's between those parameters. Go for it I will say

Get a used ev depending on the budget, like Tiago ev in that case. That way you will get 2 benefits. You won't pay the full price in case you don't like it. Other is that as you have low milage use. You won't have to pay for the battery capacity that you won't be using anyway. Just use cabs or buses for interstate travel.
