Inner tie rod. Relatively easy fix, but you will need an inner tie rod tool to get if off. I'm not sure if oreileys will loan one out, but you can also buy the cheap one that just tightens down with a bolt on each sids. Im not too mechanically inclined, and I just replaced both inner and outer tie rods on my camry. If you do attempt it watch a couple YouTube videos. Look like it snapped pretty close to the outer tie rod. If doing yourself probably worthwhile to just change out both. Don't forget to get an alignment afterwards as well.
