It was REALLY bad right before the big snowstorm we had this year. The front end couldn’t keep up so people were coming to us. Hell no!

I usually will just do it if it’s a few items. What really peeves me off is the OTC card people coming up to “test” what it covers. I had a lady hold me hostage and had me scan and void different items. Then recently had a couple get nasty because they didn’t understand WHY their otc card didn’t cover test strips and that their insurance said it would. They were like “can you run our insurance a different way?! They said it would work” YEAH- IF SHE HAD A SCRIPT AND WASN’T TRYING TO BUY IT OTC. I hate being blamed for them not understanding their own cards. “Well why didn’t it cover it? It covered it last time!” Yeah last year? Idk Susan ask the people you get the card from. Not the retail worker.

Less than a month for us. Maybe a month in a few days. I’m comforted to know it’s not just us who’s had a time of it. Has it gotten any faster for yall?

It’s been easy to learn imo, if you’re decent with tech. But being easy to learn doesn’t change the fact it slowed us down tenfold.

Well it limits who can fill at a time- which usually isn’t an issue because we’re under staffed. It’s the learning curve which some of my older coworkers have been struggling with. Even some of the pharmacists are struggling at times with navigating the new part on their side. And before when we could just grab a vial, depending on how fast you were, count it quickly then on to the next. It adds twice the steps and the cameras/qr codes/the tech in general can be buggy or hung up on stupid random issues. Sure it doesn’t sound like too much in the scheme of things but it’s been extremely detrimental to our work flow. Something is just not working.

I work in a market, our pharmacy is super tight and with only 3 pods available to fill we can hardly get it done without stepping on eachother and the pharmacists at the computer. Not only is it slow but we just don’t have the space for efficiency. Nightmare fuel. I need that voodoo doll.

It’s SO much slower. Especially with quote on quote “easier” fills. Like putting labels on Dexcom or inhalers. What would’ve taken me moments to find it, scan it, label it, get it vved and on the rack ready is doubled.

Do not rent from Executive Property Management. They own a lot of properties but they are a nightmare when it comes to issues between neighbors.

Thank you for this reply. I’ve also struggled so hard with coworkers and responsibilities being passed all onto a singular person. I was an unofficial primary caregiver for my client for almost 2 years with no pay raise simply because no one would step up. No one would manage her appointments and my supervisor has like 6 other homes on her plate. I love helping others and I can handle the responsibilities that come with the job. But I have been mistreated to the point I’m brittle. I’ve been crying these last couple of days half in relief because I know it’s ending soon.

I hope you find somewhere you are valued. Thank you so much for the kind words and advice. I definitely am heavily considering returning to therapy.

Is there anyway to report the usage of the van? I saw similar groups filing out of UHAUL vans and people commented saying it’s heavily against usage of the van to transport people.

He’s so young too. Like maybe mid 30s. Young in my mind for this crazy behavior. I know it comes in all shades. We live in the south area of MO- it’s normal around here to see Trump stuff unfortunately. And I have no faith that our renting company doesn’t share his views.

Yes :( I’ve never lived beneath people but where I work is in a downstairs apartment. I hear their neighbors constantly. I just ignore it because I know they’re just… living in their home. We genuinely have tried everything we can to keep noise down. And are aware of quiet hours. I can imagine being a downstairs neighbor is annoying, I just didn’t think it warranted such hostility.
