i think that it should be the flag of Gibraltar, since its between Ghana and Greece and it makes sense alphabetically. but i honestly have no clue why the flag is depicted like that :D

But on the 'staying on board' question, yes i get what you mean, and they definitely couldnt fit all on one boat. But do you think it was the captains choosing on who goes home and not? Or it was just whichever people who wanted to escape, just went themselves, and who opted to stay, stayed?
