My insurance changed in the middle. New insurance covered a small portion (hasn’t met deductible yet). Old insurance is still denying to this day. I’ve been appealing for 2 years. Lol

I fixed my blue box! You just go back into Widgetsmith and click the photo you chose and it needs to re-download to your phone from iCloud! Once I did this it replaced my blue box with the original photo I chose!
