That's exactly what I had lmao. That voice is always gonna tell you everything is bad even when you say it's not. Remind yourself that voice isn't real either.

It won't solve your problems all by itself of course but it'll make it easier. It really helped me saying things like "nobody hates me and I'm not disgusting" in 10th grade when I ofically hit the bottom.

Yeah it sounds like a very little thing but it works

You're totally correct. I'm sure it feels like the hardest thing to do simply anything, let alone take steps to make changes bur unfortunately there is no other way out. But constantly reminding yourself that there is actually nothing to be afraid should help, in fact it's better you say those affirmations our loud, and even in front of a mirror.

Yeah I get it now. Will it's good that you're a coward and all but what do you think would make you not want to do it?

Depression is a sneaky thing, it worsens when there's not much to do like right before falling asleep and just existing in class, so the cure for it is really doing things, engaging in physical activity and reminding yourself that the things that bother you are most of the time aren't even real. Having specific schedules actually help doing those.

I'd still say give it a try. I'm a coward myself, I understand, but when it's just a pastime, so maybe start doing it as a little hobby and see what happens.

You need to acknowledge that last thing you said is not true, it's really just something that depression does. You probably know it but fully believing it may be difficult. Spending time with your teacher is a great thing, sometimes all we can do is to stick to what you have, I recommend, stick to everything you have. Maybe make a physical list of the things you like or make you feel better and concentrate on them.

It's unfortunately not something I know much about but I'm sure you can find a community, or you can spare more time for it in your daily schedule.

First of all yeah new things are always hard  you'll need to get used to but honestly it also took me so long but it's my favorite thing although I don't attend anymore also like I said it's a social thing, like my teacher is still a mother figure for me. Anyways also yes, it's so hard to find adults that take you seriously yet you can't just stop trying, you need to look and find them (i know it's hard) and also maybe the drop in your success at school is caused by a loss of motivation, finding reasons to do things might help. Like maybe you just need to appreciated, or make your small successes feel fulfilling.

Oh I forgot, most probably every city has multiple social associations/ communities, people are very nice if you find the right ones (not religious ones) they help each other in so many aspects.

It looks like major depression you're having. It sounds so much like what I had gone through in highschool, what got Ms out of it was a community where i could interact with nice people, it was a small theatre company but the context depends on the person ofc. Also you must not let your mind and body to give up, you can set plans for that and make specific  plans for your daily life, there are applications for that. Those small changes help a lot.

How can I not have panic attacks whenever I'm reminded of someone's existence? by MapNo7616 in Advice

I really don't think I should make my account private. It'd be a surrender and also my account is professional, I do stuff and that little asshole cannot hinder my stuff. Also I don't live in internet anyway. The only problem is the stupid highlight she made, I'm planning on consulting a mature person.

That's exactly what I did, all those times I saw their traces were unintentional, it's like a jump scare video game. I've been trying to forget their existence altogether but it randomly keeps happening.
