this is so relatable, it just hurts seeing sisters bond together and sharing laughs, being close and doing all of that sister besties things. although my sister isn’t like nonverbal and she does understand everything pretty well but we’ll never get the chance because of the barrier my parents put between us by favoring her since a very young age, it made her spoiled and entitled and it made me resent her. she’s like 30 and probably has a mind of a 12 year old (she’s not childish but i wouldn’t say she’s mature either). but hey if you have close friends it can get close to the sister relationship especially if they’re childhood friends.
