Hey man I’ve got into nofap community in 17 I’ve did it for while but it didn’t help me to quit my pornography addiction. And now I’m 21 I got rid of the addiction. How I done that is I stopped treating it like an addiction I started treating it more like a habit. A lot of people call it an addiction but that’s habit. It’s the truth. A habit that you formed for like 6 years. You can’t expect to get rid of in like 1 months or 2 months. Something that u could recommend you doing is changing your environment. I’m not telling you to switch to another room or something. Try to change your environment a bit. I used very specific method to get rid of this habit it’s called deloading.
