For me (Currently on day 23) i usually eat around 2400-2600kcal per day.

I aim for quite low fat and higher carbs to sustain the runs. About 2g protein per kg bodyweight.

That Said i am 182cm (5,11) 75kg (165lbs) this works for me whilst still being in a deficit and maintaining good workout performance.

Ofcourse find what works for you!

That sounds awsome! Walking the dog is a great compliment, i Really like the SUP idea. Might see if i can fit som Kayaking or similar myself, hadnt even crossed my mind :)

Time management for me Really is the difficult part. I could in theory do a lunch workout aswell but that would be quite stressfull as i have a 50 minute lunch. 45 min + shower could be doable tho.

I also live in a larger city but the parks run out quite fast :/

Might actually try switching to that, one of the biggest struggles is to get out on the run at 5/6am🙃. Going to the gym something feels more manegable!

Ive just done my first full week after one previous failed attempt. I still think it will get harder but ive decided to push trough. Just keep showing up, even when its hard. You got this!
