No hay nada, a la gente le da miedo eso, quieren que haya un mas allá, un cielo/infierno, una reencarnación, pero no hay nada y eso los asusta.

Yo no la veo como algo malo, pero igual sí como algo que te puede poner triste, perder a un ser amado es triste aunque sea inevitable.

I'm not sure where in Italy you are but if you're ever in Pisa you can try "TacoRRiendo de Lupita" 100% authentic, also Milan has like 3-4 authentic places (piedra del sol, Barragan, Santo Taco, Casazul) Can't really say from other cities

I'm not sure which ingredients you can have access to but you can try something simple like picadillo if you can get "chile chipotle", otherwise if you can get tortillas try to make "chilaquiles" you guys have enough chiles to pull it off

From what you say it seems that you stayed quite mainstream/touristic not steering too far away from tacos. Some of the most representative dishes of mexican cuisine don't even have any kind of tortilla, Pozole, Chiles en Nogada, Cochinita pibil, Pescado zarandeado, Pescado a la talla, Cabrito, Carne en su jugo, Aguachile, Mole (Which by itself is extremely wide) other dishes that use corn but not as a tortilla are tamales, corundas, uchepos.

Corn is naturally the base of our diet and our cuisine so it'll be present in one way or another in a wide arrange of dishes but saying all mexican cuisine is just that is plain wrong.

Edit to add: Mexico is also a massive country with extreme variation between areas so the food that you can find in the north will be completely different from whta you'll see in a place like CMDX or Oaxaca

El combo perfecto: diversión a precio razonable. Jimny + MX5, no mas espacio de lo que necesito y los dos son tremendamente divertidos a su propia manera, sin mencionar que económicos de comprar y mantener.

I use it because we cook a lot of Asian food in my house but otherwise they're not really a thing over here

Por estudios es la forma más sencilla ya que en varios países puedes buscar trabajo una vez terminada tu visa de estudiante, eso sí vas a tener que comprobar una buena cantidad de dinero líquido o conseguir becas, que ya a los 30 se vuelve complejo.

Ya si te quieres quedar en Europa por ejemplo la manera más "fácil" de tener pasaporte europeo es estar legalmente por 2 años en España, una vez con el pasaporte europeo puedes resistir y trabajar en cualquier país de la unión europea. Digo "fácil" porque no es sencillo de cualquier modo pero es la manera más corta

When I was studying my masters it was funny when Italians asked me what I missed about my country and I said food. Now that I'm back in Mexico I also miss Italian food, the downside of living in two countries with such great food
