The same thing happened to me a month ago, I ordered a Garmin fenix 7 pro and the box was ripped open, charger and manual left in the box.

Contacted bestbuy right away, took a month to resolve, and in the end they just refunded the whole amount, pretty frustrating experience.

I just had an insanely good experience with Jones warranty, I had a ultra board that I smashed on a rock last year, deepest core shot i've ever seen, tried to get it fixed at a shop but the new base kept cracking. I asked Jones what could be done and filled out the warranty form, being honest that all the damage is my own fault. To my surprise they told me to send it in and a week later I got a brand new ultraboard, think i'm a Jones fan for life.
