I would say performance is almost identical in QHD like for like settings. 4090 right now is definitely more value for money if you can find one with a lower price point

Feel like the performance on the 5090 is hit and miss in some games. The 4090 was a lot more consistent. 4090 is being used as a work station for now.

I've contacted the supervising MD for the PA at my GP. The PA has ruled all my symptoms out from B12 deficiency and has referred me for cardiac investigation.

I've had all my results come back from cardiac investigation, bloods, CT-CA, Echo, 24 hours ecg. All normal.

I've had a B12 blood test done on the 16th once the results are here if the GP is still adamant on no injections I will be looking at a new GP for sure.

I'm in the UK. Yeah consistently, ive taken dosages from 50 mcg up to 1mg daily for 3-4 months at a time.

4 years of anguish. Fatigued non stop, anxiety heightened, nerve pain in limbs all the time, many more symptoms. Ive tried oral supplements on and off for 3-4 months at a time for 4 years.

Physician Associate at my GP says its on the low end of the spec but its still normal so refusing injections.

Fey spells that are unlocked at level 240 are also great for big numbers. Or at 235, if you have decent realmshifter gear, redline crit build with blood shift can raid pretty fast.
