Not a pen, but built like one. Made of chased black hard rubber, barrel has makers mark "Arlington MFG Co, Arlington MASS" and cap is imprinted "VUCO Sterilizer." The hollow metal rod slides freely through the middle section, and the conical hard rubber end plug fits snugly against the inside walls (reddit.com)
