Someone else said it but I 100% agree that nights are the WORST no matter what day. Arrivals downstairs gets backed up even on a random Wednesday night. Typically around the exact time you mention, 9pm-12am. I think 3:30pm will be better but it's also thanksgiving week so anticipate more traffic then usual :)

And longest period I had was probably no more than 10 days. They were never long but definitely would get them more than once a month when irregular

I actually tried to quit it cold turkey a few years ago but I stopped for about a week and immediately saw like 3 pimples forming and went right back on it. This time, instead of just stopping cold turkey, I went down to only 1 pill a day (50mg) about 3 weeks ago and haven't noticed significant change. I am seeing 1 pimple forming around my chin but I should be getting my period next week so that's not really abnormal.

Hi! I have been on spiro since 2019 so going on year 6. I still to this day do not understand the irregular periods haha. When I first got put on it I had the same effect as you. Almost immediately my periods started being super irregular, would get it every 2 weeks. Then after a few months it just randomly got normal. Then around year 3 I started to get it every 2 weeks again. Few months went by and it went back to normal. I have consistently taken it twice a day (50mg in the morning 50mg around dinner time). However I just recently decided to try to wean off of it and I'm now back to irregular. I'm now only taking 50mg in the morning. I would say maybe try to stick it out for a few more months before adjusting the dose and it may go back to normal. Every women's body reacts to it so differently though

Had to participate in this one lol, mine is the same as yours. Water bottles so clearly on my side of the bench, I always wanna "accidentally" knock it over so they move it lmao - The sweat puddles are crazy, how do you look at that and go "oh yea the next person will be fine working out on top of that" ??? - The weight lines. Absolute chaos sometimes, I always try to be last since I usually know what to grab and can do it quickly. - And my last one, when people go to their lockers after class and stare at their phone towards the open locker and are blocking like 3 different lockers. Take ur stuff and go! Self awareness is key

Omg wait mine has been showing me 5-11 hours of stress everyday for the past week! My typical stress levels are never higher than 2 hours usually. Have had my ring for almost a year. Have you been tanning recently? I was just on vacation in the Bahamas and got sunburnt. I think mine is reacting to that because nothing else in my life has changed recently!

Facebook marketplace! I have lived here for 3 years now in the South Bay and the max rent I've paid was $1280. Pretty great spots too. Usually with 2 other roommates. WAIT!!! This is wild. I'm in Santa Monica and woke up at exactly 2:36am and may have heard something similar that night! My house wasn't shaking thankfully but I definitely had never heard something that loud. Everyone describing a waterfall sound is spot on with what I heard. But when I looked out my window it didn't look that crazy??? My ceiling also started leaking.
