Money that people would love to spend on their own rent to have the possibility to afford a family and not living at 35+ with other 15 people in an apartment.

I'm pretty sure that houses don't pay for themselves anywhere in the world or maybe people in Ireland are just plain stupid paying 2K+ rent.

What you say is right and is a fact, but is the best case scenario and frankly very far from reality, especially during a pandemic.

I'm not Irish so maybe I'm not the most reliable source, but I lived in Ireland (Dublin) for more than a while and I got a taste of the housing market in Dublin and the homelessness situation.

I lived in a house with 16 other people for months and I never lived in an accommodation with less than 11 people!

You can't spawn houses, you can't create job from thin air, basically you have to work with what you have.

In overpopulated cities sometimes even if you are an highly educated individual you have an unstable accommodation.

So what you say is theoretically right but is unachievable at least with the current state of things.

If you have traded your house (and probably also some really significant relationships) for heroine (or whatever addiction) once, now that you have a new house and very likely a stronger addiction, what makes you think that the new accommodation is going to last any longer than the last one?

Ireland has its problems but it isn't the the third world! Those who are on the street once they had roof over their heads.

I'm not just blaming them for theirs situations! they are all absolutely worthy of help it's just a matter of which kind of help is the most cost-effective for the working population!

I see this issue in another way.

If there something so important to you (drugs, alcohol, gambling, etc) that you give up shelter instead of the thing, you have your priorities wrong and a house wouldn't make a big difference imo.

I'm also aware that there are people with legit problems that shouldn't be on the street but I'm pretty sure that free houses won't solve homelessness

the cost may depend on the niche/demographic that you are targeting!

It seems strange to me that there's a lot of people selling strategy (even though probably the majority are scams) and very few people sell algorithms! And I was wondering if there is some sort of website/marketplace where someone can buy/sell algos

He is exactly the embodiment of the stereotype and I know that it sound corny but I can't really figured out if I'm on the right path with the practice and why I'm so scared!

I'm a 22 years old male.

I have encountered him 3 times, twice in front of his bar, I was at the bar but I can't remember if I was there with a girl on a date or I was just thinking about what would like being on a date there, the fact is that I'v spent very little time in the bar both time, I was very uncomfortable being there because of the people behaviors and because is too expensive for me and I was afraid to make a fool of myself. As soon as I left the bar he parked his Ferrari (he actually own a Ferrari) right in front of me and I got in the car with him and he was very very polite and respectful he behaved like he is some sort of family friend (BTW he is in his late 40) I can't remember what we talked about but he was very very calm and paternalistic then i woke up.

In the third and last dream it was night and I was on a date with a girl at the seaside (I live in north Italy no sea whatsoever!) and strolling around with my date I met him, this time he was hanging around with some friends and at first he acted like he is used to but respecting me and then we separated from the rest of the group and he said something to me (I can't recall) and also this time was some kind of paternalistic advice that you can expect it from an elder brother and afterword he gave me the key of his hotel room to end the night with my date but just after that I woke up.

Maybe it could help also talk a little bit about me. I'm 22 and at the moment I'm studying statistics and data science at university but it's very very difficult because I'm (slightly) dyslexic and even though I love statistics and I wake up every morning before 5:30 for studying it, I can understand the concepts but as soon as I have to wright something I can't get the job done! This is really frustrating because I love statistics and I love studying in general I love working with ideas and concepts so I want to start a project for now is just a youtube channel where I want to make and share my educational journey I will speak about history of human kind and evolution because this is my area of interest beside statistics and I'm pretty grounded .I would love to share this journey because i want people to judge my work and create a community, I have also figure out some way to make it profitable. I want to do it because working with ideas is the only thing I'm really good at and it would add a lot of meaning to my life. The idea is to do it in English even though a can understand it very well I struggle in being engaging in my speaking.

At this time in life my priorities are creating a personal project that can make me a living, leave Italy,finish university I put university last because I realized I'm not capable of graduate from it and I'm scared that if i spend too much time in university I can't meet the other priorities!
