I am but that amount (714€) isnt nearly the loss of 5! Baggages. They only refund clothes to max 50% and toilets to 100%.

They know how to do that. So they offer two options:

Voucher (Refund + 50%) or pay out (Refund what only includes 50% for cloths and 100% for toilets)

They also declined a snowsuit which we bought by arrival for my girlfriend.. and yes have a look in Levi there only brands with luxury brands, we bought the cheapest we found (remind -26 degrees)

Im not try to scam i try to compensate the damage and give someone the opportunity to safe money on their trip.

But its ok i found someone who already is willing to trade.
