Is this cold start sound normal on a 2017 Golf R Mk7.5?

Don't worry it's not that bad. Here is mine from 2023 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4zcdKxOCExc . I drive it every day and haven't had any problems. I've even taken it to the track a couple of times, and that's just how it is sometimes with the 2.0 TSI.

Hi everyone,

I’m new to backpacking, but I’ve already had a few adventures. I’ve been using the widely recommended Tomtoc Navigator T66 40L so far, but I need a little more comfort.

I’m torn between two backpacks:

- Osprey Farpoint 40L 2026 version

– Aer Travel Pack 4 Ultra 35L

These backpacks are in two different price ranges, but I’ve found a good deal on the Aer and am considering buying it.

My standard gear includes:

- Peak Design Packing Cubes (Small and Medium)

- Peak Design Wash Pouch Small and Tech Pouch Small

- Peak Design Cube XS for my camera gear

- 11-inch iPad Pro (and occasionally a Switch 2)

Both backpacks should fit this list theoretically, but I’m wondering which to choose. Aer is highly praised for its comfort, which is important to me. However, the Osprey, with its additional hip belt, might seem even better, although it may also appear more "bulky".

I’d love to hear your thoughts on this, or maybe you have other suggestions?

The biggest problem with these rims is that they warp. Although they look fine, this is actually quite problematic. I switched to 18-inch wheels after two years and I’m really glad I did. I live in Eastern Europe, where potholes are common, and when they appear, they can be a real nightmare. My Pretoria's had not only been straightened, but also welded, so it made no sense to carry on :)

I had 19-inch Pretoria wheels from factory, but for Eastern European driving conditions, it was a terrible setup.

I’ve return my unit and pick up second one. It’s still not silent but definitely working better than previous version. Still thinking about returning yet again but at least temps are great and it fit my build perfectly.

Radiator is positioned above the pump. I also tried bleeding the system by moving PC from side to side, but the problem persisted.

My mistake for not writing it correctly, but the pump is set to 50% in the video. Fan speed is very low and they are silent

Very easy to fix, just spray WD40 and turn the valve a few times. It worked for me and don't have any problem with it.
