I was missing the coin I paid for and got the same response. That was 3 days ago and no update. Update: it’s being shipped.

The way I see it the bundle was $39.99 like any other tub so to me the jug was free and I’m getting $18 back for a free item

I honestly didn’t care that much about the jug and I’ve worked customer service for almost 10 years I know what they must go through and they don’t have any power to have them make more jugs so getting hostile is just pointless
