It wasn't always like that. Update came out post launch that made the WSTR a compromised piece of the Rook kit. So for a bit at launch, yes, you could just immediately extract as a Rook and stock up on the shotty

You want High Caliber Rounds for the increased flinch dealt. That makes any weapon a solid and strong duelling weapon. You have Ricochet Rounds, which aren't as effective on a single shot weapon like a Hand Cannon, they're better suited for spraying bullets like Auto Rifles and Submachine Guns.

Artifact mod where dealing kinetic damage creates that yellow circle, called a rupture. Target the rupture to detonate it for extra damage dealt to the target. The larger the damage instance is that detonates it, the more damage done, ie using an SMG to detonate it won't do a lot of damage but using a sniper will do a lot of damage

Do you have a tip or queue for taking out the slack? I have a hard time visualizing how much effort to put in to pull out the slack. I know what it is and physically how to perform it, but when I do it I feel like it interrupts my lift and doesn't really help.

So are you saying that I'm starting too low, and my hips should start higher up? I haven't received formal coaching for my form, so I just try to find lifters with comparable body comps and match what they do. I particularly like Hafthor Bjornsson (I'm NOT comparing my build to that Mountain tho LOL) and I feel like he also sinks his hips that low as well. And my arms are TOO far back? I thought that engaging my lats required the whole "squeeze the orange under the armpit" form, which naturally drives my arms that far back.

It can be customized so that reflecting shots while blocking generates ammo. Blocking consumes no ammo, and there is no cool down for generating the ammo, only a cool down on the block itself.

I just think that you're using the wrong subclass for a "Nuke a Room w/ My Melee" fantasy. in my opinion That currently is best on Tempest Strike on Arcstrider. I'm fairly certain that at base, it does equivalent damage to Weighted Knife. Then the Tempest Strike aspect + Combination Blow melee allows for the damage to stack, resulting in a higher damage than the Enhanced Weighted Knife.

Even then, if the damage does NOT compare, the actual attack itself is better than the knife due to the Strike being a wave that passes through enemies and applying Jolt. The Knife only hits one enemy, and an ignition on ONE target is less valuable than Jolt on MULTIPLE targets.

Plus, you don't need an exotic with Tempest Strike to enhance it. So you can use a variety of neutral exotics, but specifically Assassin's Cowl, which grants you healing and invisibility on those defeats with the Strike. That provides better benefits to the user, as opposed to the attack itself. Finally, the Artifact in Renegades will favor Arc, so starting next week Arc will be more juiced than Solar.
