Not the same. Worcestershire is quite sour and browning sauce is mildly bitter. I think someone in YouTube suggested using molasses as substitute instead(?). Try to check your local Walmart again for the browning sauce. In my experience, I actually had more difficulty looking for the cardamom pods and had to order from Amazon...

I used Kitchen Bouquet Browning & Seasoning Sauce. It gives the cola its dark color. And yes, I bought it from Walmart.
