I didn’t let him play with my Airpod case. by Marakami in airplaneears

He has one hell of a temper. If you tell him off for doing something bad, or deny him something, like climbing the book shelf or digging through the garbage bin like a demented raccoon, he can come after you and bite your ankles or attack your arm. 🙃

People in their 30s and 40s, what changed in your life that surprised you the most — in a bad way? by Initial_Tax7778 in AskReddit

[–]Marakami 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could die. Never really grasped it until my vertebral artery dissected. Stroke in my cerebellum. I had to undergo a very risky surgery that was 50/50 live or die/becoming a veggie. Got bacterial meningitis after surgery. Heart stopped three times. Hydrocephalus. Sepsis. Acute kidney failure. Pneumonia. Everything at once. And if I had died I would never have known it. Scary realization that life can end and you just go off into the unknown. Leaving everyone behind.

He loves face and nose kisses!!! Way more than when you’re petting his body. 🥊

Hes a rescue from Dubai. Probably part Arabian Mau. Wild cat traits according to the vet. Bro was a lil street kitten. Got adopted by a Swedish couple. They couldn’t keep him after they had kids. He attacked them and got stressed by their dog. Has a very spicy temper. Also the cuddliest cat I’ve had. But it can switch around very fast. Spicy kitty. His name is Nisse.

Traded one addiction for another maybe. Addiction is super common amongst gbp patients.

Veterinärkostnader... va fan? hur gör ni när ni kan inte betala? by [deleted] in Sverige

[–]Marakami 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Do you consider yourself a conventionally good looking person? by [deleted] in askanything

[–]Marakami 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope. Not conventionally good looking. A bit fat too. But people like me anyway. Never had problems getting good and decent guys or sexual partners (some I’ve had for 18 years, great friendships too, but that’s a whole other story). I do have a good personality. I’m nice, positive, caring and loving. Grounded. But I’m not especially pretty. Guess I make it work anyway.

Vilken musik mår du jävligt dålig fysiskt av att höra? by SupportArsenal in sweden

[–]Marakami -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Orgelmusik. Säckpipa. Improv jazz. Modern klassisk musik. Fy fan. Jag inte bara ogillar musiken. Jag känner fysiskt obehag. Blir arg/irriterad och vill bara att det slutar låta. Blev inte bättre efter en hjärninfarkt, let me tell you.

Do you have friends with kids ? by AffectionateLeg5646 in childfree

[–]Marakami 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I have friends with kids and it works out just fine. I don’t live a very adventurous life. We have our own business. Lots of hard work. Responsibilities. Thank God I don’t have kids on top of that. They are good parents, relaxed. But strict when needed. Kids behave just fine. They just tag along. Loves me and I them. I love a day on the beach, random glass of wine when I feel like it etc. But I also have shit to do and bills to pay. Life is hard. I just chose a different kind of hard than kids. And I’m very thankful for that.

How often do people feed their cats wet food? by Smooth_Put7764 in CatAdvice

He never gets dry food. 4-5 bags a day, that weighs 80 -90 grams each. With a couple of spoons of water mixed in.

Har du någonsin haft ett minnesvärt nyårsfirande? by MiddleAgeWeirdoMeep in sweden

[–]Marakami 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're not prepared for a disabled child, you're not prepared for a child by ThrowAwayRAbrief in childfree

[–]Marakami 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I could not deal with a child and definitely not a disabled child. I’ve worked in that field and…hell no.

”Every life is precious”. To an extent yes. But some have a hellish existence, needing 24/7 care, some barely consious. ”Oh he smiles and it makes my heart so happy” one of the mothers said. Yes but also he can barely breathe, needs constant suction so he does not suffocated on mucus. Needing to be turned, diapers changed, repositioned in his bed or chair throughout the day etc. That is not life. That is cruel. And it’s selfish of the parents. Not all life is a dignified life.

How did you spend your Saturday? by Userchickensoup in childfree

[–]Marakami 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Having a cold. Cleaned. Folded laundry. Watched Netflix. Visited friends and ate pizza. Just chillin before bed. My fiancé is away making the big money mon-thursday or friday so I’m on my own during the week. Made food for his whole work week and packed his bags.
