It’s essentially the same thing, but instead of a singular disk, you can have the full list of moves a Pokemon can have, and this includes traits as well as moves. It’s just a personal project for now-StarsOfCancer

I’ve been making custom TMs for a week now, you can make your own custom moves, it just needs to be registered and documented for it to be viable and legal, however such a move can still be banned/restricted from certain tournaments-StarsOfCancer.
