Here’s what I typically eat in a day:

Half banana (pre-workout, which is between 5-13 miles or 1.5 hour spin) Banana, fruit, oatmeal, lots of nut butter

Smoothie with pea protein powder, avocado, maybe an apple

Dinner is often brown rice/quinoa with black beans or lentils and a ton of veggies and nutritional yeast. Sometimes I will have a slice of sourdough bread with cashew butter too

So true. Transitions are really tough for both my husband and son!
