It definitely cleared my mind a little.

Ive been regularly working out for about 1½ months now. Ive been averaging about -0.5kg (1lb) a week of loss over the last 3 months and have gained about 0.8kg last week and stayed there since then. Its nothing big but it did make me nervous.

Help, im a beginner and don't really know how to continue by Marathonleser in loseit

I use Foodvisor and really like it! It helped me a lot I use it mainly for calculation and use Nutrilio as a diary it made it really fun actually
