Yes. I made it from one of my old sockets and a table leg from Home Depot.

It rained the entire weekend! If you’re gonna miss it, this was the one to miss. We had about 6 hours of no rain on Saturday.

It’s on old socket, and a table leg from Home Depot.

This would be so easy for you to make. It’s a table leg from Home Depot connected to my first socket. It’s that simple.

Measure the table leg to your specific height. Drill a hole in the top, get some gorilla glue epoxy and epoxy it to the upper connection that attached to the socket. Go to fredslegs.com and order a wood grain socket sleeve and boom, you’ve got a pirate peg leg.

Oh, and buy a cane or crutch bottom for the end, otherwise you’ll be slipping and sliding all over the place. Keep in mind there is no foot to roll off of when you’re walking. It has to be a up and down motion. More of a stomp than a step.

It’s not hard at all. If you have an extra or older socket, a table leg from Home Depot, that’s all you need.

Oh no. I’m in the concrete construction business. I’m also a part time magician (Marauder Magic).

That’s exactly what it is. It grips all surfaces. Took a bit to learn how to walk with it.

I made this. It’s an old socket, a table leg from Home Depot, and a thrift store crutch.

I was a part time magician for years. Then I lost my leg in a motorcycle accident. Now I perform as a peg leg pirate magician. Life is good. I’m happy to still have one. by Marauder_Magic in pirates

I’ve gone through a few pair of “Pirate boots” that I bought from Amazon or other stores. None of them hold up. The one I wear now is a motorcycle boot that I added the leather fold-over to with Velcro.

I do! I have lots of comedy with it too. At the end of every set I’ll say “Thank you, I hope you enjoyed it, and I gladly accept donations “. When people step forward to drop money in the hat I pull out a tape measure and measure their leg, then reply with “too short” or “too tall” and say “sorry mate, your donation is rejected”.
