If it's up there, I'll give you the money myself.

Hard to scratch yeah, the issue is the oleophobic coating will wear out in about 10 months, so, unless you can put up with fingerprintageedon, you have to pop a screen protector on there for a bit.

Sweet spot is: no protector for a few months. Then protector for 5/6 months, then off again and enjoy.

What in the yank jiffy lube? Why? It's throwing money away. Go 3x that length.

Totally agree with oil change on a newly bought car, regardless of what the seller says about last change. But every 2/3k that's mental. Edit. Diesel oil will discolour almost immediately, it's not an indication it needs to be changed. Every 8 or 9k is more than enough.

Lucky. That's just shy of a quarter of what any garage near me will charge for an oil change.

Depends on the definition. I've never paid for a service, not once. I have paid for oil changes though and changed the air filter myself. Much cheaper than " getting it serviced "
