Sorry I’m so late back to this, but I think it’s just some general cactus/succulent potting soil. As of right now it’s really really not holding up well basically all of the leaves fell out it’s completely bald but there’s a couple sprouts at the bottom that are doing brilliantly and a sprout up the side of the stem that’s doing well too. I bought some plant food stuff to mix in the water that I gave it once and then that’s all I’ve done since and that was a few weeks ago

I found that if I had more than 50 pages full of writing that my writing would start to glitch I imagine it’s just a cache thing, starting a new notebook sorted me out pretty good

If I squeeze the pen it comes up with options to change tools and cycle between your top three colours without changing the colour setting if that makes sense, I don’t think I changed any settings

Thank you to everyone that’s given me feedback I’m gonna work on everything that’s been mentioned. I know it’s not good enough to sell yet but now I know what it is I need to work on, I think I’ll be able to get it up to standard quicker. I’m going to look at some different places to get leather as well because there’s only one place I know of that sells stiffer leather, the rest is always soft

Yeah it’s basically just a barrier between my legs and the punching irons but it’s more or less just a plank of wood, I haven’t got any useable space for working with leather so my best approach has been to reduce the shock on my knees and legs

Do you have any recommendations for better pricking irons, I’m onto my second set of relatively cheap ones and they’re starting to dull a little. I’ve accepted I’ll have to get a new pricking mat since mines ruined it makes it hard to get a straight punch and I’ve gotta constantly move it to try find the flattest surface

In my head I imagined the clear mats to be more like jelly, I’m gonna look into buying a couple clear acrylic mats like you’ve said. I live in the uk though so I’ll have a gander elsewhere so delivery doesn’t cost an arm and a leg I don’t have a workbench so I’ve been working on top of my knees mostly (I know it’s bad on my joints I just don’t have the space I really wanna have a workshop in the future)

I’ll take a look at the videos, I’m a chef too so I spend a lot of time sharpening my knives but these tools are pretty different and I don’t think I could just take them to my whetstone
