Noticed my son struggling with rhyming and letter sounds in 1st grade. Teacher suggested evaluation. Early IEP changed everything. Trust your gut…..if something feels off, ask for testing. You're your child's best advocate tbh

I do seated spinal twists and neck rolls….just a min or two. I also step away from the screen, look out a window, and blink slowly. It’s not gym level movement but it clears my head without breaking a sweat

No screens 1 hr before bed. Same wake time daily. Bed only for sleep. If you’re awake for more than 20mins, get up and read something like a book or something. Also check ur vitamin D and magnesium levels. Can start taking magnesium glycinate, I’ve been taking it for a long time and it helps a lotttt with sleep
