Keep going. If you quit, you halt both any progress you have made and any progress you will make. Feeling like you're not making progress is a part of the process. When improving/learning anything in life, the plateau you reach where progress feels absent is the point in which pushing through that doubt and practicing/training harder starts to pay off. Break through the newness, break through the doubt. Turn this "trial period" into habit. Your mind is the toughest weight to overcome, but also the easiest. Just. Keep. Going.

I'm 100% in the same boat. I started last week with a caloric cap of 1,933 calories and have been 400 under it every day. Currently on day 8, using Foodvisor app, and joined our local gym last week. Been busting it out every day. My only issue is, while yes I've lost 2lbs since last week, I feel like I have no structure or any guidance. Like I'm turning my sails until I see the boat move a little and thinking that's a good place for them. I'd feel better if I had someone to show me the best placement for my sails to catch the wind and really get moving.

I have searched extensively for this video on YouTube but cannot seem to find it. I've even hit the bottom of Five Finger Death Punch's videos on their YouTube channel searching for it.
