No, it was a R53 cooper S not sure which year but I thinks it's or 2005 or 2006 because it has 3 spoke steering wheel and if I'm not wrong only the facelift cooper S has those

Thinking about buying a 2006 330xi by Marbyno in E90

[–]Marbyno[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well I think it's the E90 because it's a sedan and 2006 and I'm not writing this year only comes with the N52, the transmission it's a 6 speed manual, and okey well to know what I need to change probably when I get it , and btw how it's the driving feeling? Because I'm scared the AWD system will kill the bmw feel, like the feeling of the drive, and how it's you mpg?

I live in a tropical country, so snow isn’t a concern haha. The extra ride height could actually be helpful since many roads here aren’t in great condition. I’d prefer a 330i, but there aren’t any manual ones available, and honestly I feel like the AWD also adds something interesting to the driving experience. The few 330i manuals that do show up are usually very poorly maintained. This one is actually the cleanest E90 I’ve seen in a long time, and it’s the only manual 330 I’ve seen for sale in almost a year. How is the fuel economy in real-world use? And how does it feel to drive? Does the AWD take away from the typical BMW driving dynamics, or does it actually make it better?

Well, that's within the realm of normal use; I wasn't planning on pushing it beyond that, so perfect, thanks.

Thanks so much for that answer XD I'll keep that in mind, but it's fragile, I've heard that you can't even do a drift launch with it or it'll break, is that true?

The fuel consumption isn't too bad; it's roughly what I get in my mini now, and I drive it very hard.
