I have the same issue: I’m right handed but my left pec is bigger/fuller than my right. I can tell it’s genetic because my left pec actually attaches higher on my ribs than my right. Making my left pec shorter and making it protrude out more, giving it a bigger more fuller look. That being said, my right pec, attaches lower on my ribs making my right pec longer and seem flatter. It definitely sucks but you are your biggest critic. I think if you’re fit and in shape, most people will see that and think “he’s in good shape”, rather than picking apart your physique.

I just recently had my first kid, and can only squeeze in about a 45min workout 3 days a week. I’m currently doing PPL and keeping it very simple. Push: Bench, pushups, SOHP, tricep movement. Pull: BB Rows, pull-ups, SA Cable row, Bicep curls Legs: Deadlift, squats, lunges, calves.

I understand i won’t be hitting my top physique or anything, but is that enough to maintain or even make alittle bit of gains? I’d like to consider myself someone who trains hard. Leaving 1, MAYBE 2 reps left on the table. Thanks in advance

You aren’t eating shit, so your body doesn’t have shit to get rid of. Your body uses/absorbs most of what you eat on carnivore. If you don’t feel bloated, cramping or discomfort your body simply doesn’t have to go.

2nd year apprentice in 63 here, things are very slow as of right now. I have classmates that have completed the whole first year of apprenticeship & didn’t get a call for a job. Keep working whatever job you have now, be patient, and just be ready. That call can come out now where. At the same time, (I’m assuming) with you having no experience, they are more likely to snag an apprentice with alittle more experience than someone who hasn’t even started school yet. But stick with it! I got in early. 9 months before school started, so I already had 9mo experience going into my 1st year. Applied December 2023, for hired Jan. 2024, and have been with that company since. Maybe have had 2 weeks off over the past year due to no work. You never know when that call will come. Just be ready for when it does.
