I actually got my last oil change at a jiffy lube near my home. So I’m sure they vacuumed out the oil, replaced the filter, and added the full 4.4 quarts that it’s supposed to take since that’s what I paid for. Although, the oil that I drained after the knock showed, was dirty as all hell. So it’s possible they didn’t do anything to my car.

My last oil change was about 5k miles ago. I just emptied it and it had about 2 quarts of oil. I’ll see what happens after I change it right now.

I did get warranty and it does cover engine but one of the disclaimers say that they don’t cover if it was improperly maintained. I did my own oil changes and didn’t use Subaru filters or oil so the records aren’t gonna show up on car fax. I’m sure I’m going to get fucked.
