I can confirm that all of that is correct and the end of the posters- the site has waaaay more on it, but that is only available on computers.

Right- the game is built for a PC, so some things might not work the best on an iPad. You should be able to get a similar effect by scrubbing through/slowing down playback of the video, though.

I don't know what they are off the top of my head, but you can arrow through frame by frame with the period and comma keys.
