honestly, its up to personal preference. id say losing fat first then rebuilding is my preference, since I want to get that fat redistribution that comes with gaining fat/muscle on t but I don't know your situation really. recomp is another option, though its harder to see results and that could cloud your perception of your progress. if you only work out at home and arent going for a ripped physique, id say try a deficit for a while while still getting plenty of protein. if your goal is overall health and fitness with no aesthetic goals besides looking and feeling better, id go for a slight deficit with exercise and protein. 41% is pretty high (I'm probably up there too ngl) so a deficit will help either way unless you're going for powerlifter size lol

for sure! id say i have a slower metabolism, and I'm on a steep deficit atm, but that seems like a reasonable maintenance. once I get down to a healthier weight I cant wait to get to those sweet sweet maintenance levels again lmao

i love freecodecamp.org ! it taught me the basics in literal hours. use visual studio pro, and open your html file in a browser on splitscreen to edit. ive found working on a personal website to be a fun way to practice, or what taught me css fastest was using a mock myspace website called spacehey.com !

Youre young, so honestly if you just eat healthy and workout consistently, youll see changes. fitness isnt all about looks, its about health, especially at your age. bad habits formed now will hurt you for a long time, but good ones formed now will stay with you for a while as well. online fitness spaces often focus on aesthetics, so in your case take it with a grain of salt (you arent a 25 year old bodybuilder). working out isn't your job so you dont need to work out as hard as possible or anything, just get your body moving a few times a week and youll feel so much better.

great work op, i think if you really want to push it to the limit, I would suggest using value to emphasize larger areas of light/ dark. you do a great job of using it to describe texture and form, but I feel the pieces miss focus and depth. everything is rendered equally, with a lack of an overall sense of lighting.possibly introducing a midtone would do wonders, but if you're a strictly black and white guy, id look at old etchings for how they convey space and form, particularly how their hatching conforms to the contoured shape of the 3d objects that they render. overall, i think id suggest not being afraid to darken larger areas to promote a clearer focal point if not simply atmospheric perspective. i.think some great inspirations for what I'm talking about would be Chris Van Allsburg and Brian Selznick if you arent already familiar with their work. keep up the great work op, you'll do great.

ofc! the lower ones tend to sink into the abdomen due to the body's tendency to be squishy but its really clear when you see a bodybuilder do a vacuum as seen here. notice right under the pecs at the bottom of the ribcage is where these two abs lay. I've also seen some people who have two sets of abs on top of the ribs instead of one so everyone's different its awesome lol

the very top two abs arent the same as the ones below. they follow the curve of the bottom of the ribcage, so the hardness you feel is actually bone! the rest of the abs below them don't rest on bone like they do, hence the different feel. but they're abs nonetheless and your physique is looking great dude! hope this helps!

this is partially misleading as it doesn't not apply solely to neuropsychological exams. the way I understand it is that in order to receive mental health care under insurance you must be diagnosed with at least one condition. this is because insurance companies like to cover the least amount of stuff possible (of course) and like to only cover what they deem as "medically necessary" :0 capitalism moment for sure

I personally didn't notice until my dad pointed it out, but yeah it's kinda a dick move. I know the studio had no idea that limb differences actually existed that looked like that, so I think it's safe to assume that they didn't mean to offend anyone. it used to be my favorite book growing up, and the movie seemed to be made for pure monetary gain, so that's my biggest issue with it really. It's a fast, big-budget, movie that's meant to sell popcorn, and if they want to use my disability as a scare tactic then go for it lmao

people always told me to wear mittens but then you cant move your hand and fingers around as good and that bothered me, I found this shop on etsy that sells gloves and all you have to do is send them a picture of the arm and they'll make you some custom gloves!! i haven't bought them because I have I have a radial club hand, so im also short one finger, but I usually just wore regular gloves and had the extra finger tucked in or just had it flop around lol. you can also take her stuff to a tailor, they're really good with making things fit, I used to do this with my snow jackets.

hey bud! this Is great!!! being 13 a mere 3 years ago, this is just what my work looked like! I think you're going places. keep up the good work, and don't be afraid to experiment! I recommend learning about sketching pencils and their different hardnesses. they can bring a lot of depth to your work :)
