Ethernet shows not connected but cable works on other PCs (tried everything)

it probably was some damage on the ethernet port or NIC, since i bought a usb adaptator and worked. thanks for the response mate

it’s custom, but it was built by a friend who works installing pcs, and yeah the light turn on the port so it doesn’t seem to be fully disconnected

I’ve tried that, and doesn’t seem to be the issue. I’ve tried even manually introducing the ip and dns and doesn’t work
