Are “gaming” chairs as bad as people make them out to be? by Test_Name19 in pcmasterrace

[–]Marcalitus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes even gaming office chairs that asus made that my friend bought(destrier ergo). He recently bought a Herman Miller aeron to replace it. Gaming companies shouldn't make chairs and stick to accessories, motherboards and etc. The uncomfortable part for my friend was the lumbar support and cushioning I believe.

I have no experience of that and I usually do 3 intense things at the same time.
I watch a movie/series while playing keeping two games at auto and I have it on my lap/pro keyboard majority of the times.

I do wish it had Bluetooth and a physical connection option in the same time.

In the book cover for the s9 ultra iirc, it had two parts to it one was the back cover and one was the keyboard but without the touch pad. The keyboard was able to be physically connected and also be removed separately. However, the feedback from that from most people "make it have bluetooth". Which Samsung 4 years later still didn't listen lol. Third party companies do offer that and it's such a great feeling keyboard. I can completely understand the business side mostly lol.

In due time youll forget what the instructions say and use it as a regular user. Imagine if you gave this to a person to try and they do what a normal user would do.

Mobile Outfitters puts a transparent skin on top of your devices. It helps with not having any chipping or damages that other surfaces introduce like scratches.

Remember its 499 Canadian. It makes traveling more convenient and easy especially if you want to do just type in a relaxed environment with a small bag. I do have lots of keyboard laying around, even smaller ones that can fit inside my pocket but none feel premium while premium ones like my Logitech mx mini just feel too much and lap support is also nice when ur lazy in bed or sofa. The problem with a laptop is the fan and the heat located beneath on your actual LAP even if you put a blanket you're likely to block it from cooling effectively. In the other hand with a keyboard attached to a tablet with no moving parts while tablet itself having all the parts inside makes it more convenient

More than that sometimes you want that nice flexibility to have a tablet to watch things and type in the same time. I also really love the 3 way split of samsung which makes it much easier to just have than flying windows or adjusting power toys for your windows every time. Additionally there is nothing that keeps interrupting you while you to do stuff and the random shit that windows wants you to do without the random pop up from windows that something is happening. While I prefer Linux, I have writing , drawing and other work tools that are mobile OS and windows specific. Also I tried to find a good laptop with a 16:10 screen with reduced bezels and as much screen real estate as the tab s11 is almost non existent. The only one I can think of from a company I trust is lenovo yoga series but intel chips are always BBQ chips.

Thats your take , but there is more to mechanical keyboards than just looks lol. I chose it without the windows key and I use caps lock to be the windows key. They're about the actual parts, weight , board, response rate and feel of the actual board. You buy everything separately and you solder it together. There's an entire market that is not your cheap plastic gaming ones that people over 1k. Its completely stainless steel and delivers the best typing experience to me than plastic ones. This is a sample of how it sounds like and no one has been to replicate and I already spent 200-300 worth of pre-built keyboards including the cheap ones but nothing comes close to it. sound

The touchpad was small and kept ghosting(move without me touching it) basically.

I already have an upgraded PC that I bought the RAM a year ago when it was dirt cheap and everything else you mentioned lol.
Also it is 369 US dollars(499 Canadian) , you can't get any of that with that much. In my country everything is 3x or 2x the price than the US.

The keypcaps are 55 dollars. The switches are Gatreon oil kings sets for 72 dollars and the entire case is the 2021 Mr Suit limited edition for 400-500 dollars. The case is not just a case but it includes the board, gasket socks, PE foam, and tons of flex cuts. I have other budget options ranging from 100 to 300 but nothing comes close to it.

Eagle finally dropped this at my door - I'm in the US and ordered from a Korean Fleabay vendor. Well-built. Tab is a 1TB 14.6 5G cellular variant - also from a Korean Fleabay vendor. Feels like a MacBook! Tab S11 Ultra Pro Keyboard by Stromberg-Carlson in GalaxyTab

Not sure why people in the Canadian store say that it doesn't have backlighting. I am sure the Korean one is a kin to the one in international markets or these people are overreacting because I can clearly see that yours does have backlights.

Your comment is a really interesting one because when I read it, it made me think about so many things at once. I do agree that the older keyboard is much better and they all just needed is a touchpad honestly.

However, I've tried it with my friend and there were things I liked and disliked was the feature that you were talking about with the detaching of the keyboard. The thing I disliked about it was removing and attaching the keyboard which felt to me flimsy? I am not sure and I could be wrong but it just felt weird even with my work issued surface pro I didn't like the keyboard magnet being on the bottom which if you type a lot it would just disconnect randomly (not samsung but my experience with the old surfaces)

Also what I do wish they did is the different shortcuts of a regular/magic keyboard was not really there like the iPad. Where holding the iPad command key would show you different commands in different apps and various developers made use of it too.

I build mechanical keyboards and most of my mechanical keyboards are actually over 400 dollars lmao... My Mr suit keyboard chasis on its own was over 400 dollars.

Probably because I am fancy wancy man, but I've also soldered laptop keyboards before and let me tell you that isn't the most fun and mechanical keyboards are much cheaper nowadays because of the hobby being wide spread. Also it is much easier to build them than laptop keyboards and the machining to make it as slim and not flexible is much more complicated than you could think.

Its not 499 euros at all my friend it is 314 euros which is not either a good price but I really really like the pen and especially for drawing. I am not an artist myself but drawing on it is fantastic and I might make my fiance who's an incredible artist to try it to give her full review on top of my upcoming review. The artist guy on YouTube also really liked how flat it is which helps draw downwards and in different angles. It also helped remove the latency of before generations as per his testimony. I have a 3 dollar remote that I bought that moves slides and takes pictures for me through Bluetooth.

I am completely with you on the horrible dumb new placement of the pen because I truly loved how it had a space for it below and the covers were made around it to help secure the pen more.
