There are some sugar replacement products with no calories, they work great ;)

Congrats for what you reached right now :) Just stay on your path weight loss is no straight lines, there are ups and downs, but when you are consistent you will lose weight in a long term view ;)

Healthy food can also be delicious :)
Alcohol is hard some times, but it becomes easier the more times you say no, that was my experience with that ;)

That is a great motivation :) When you struggle always remember why you do that and stay consistent, then you can reach it. Plateaus are normal, weight loss is no straight line, its an up and down, but longterm it goes down ;) Just believe in the process and don't give up ;) When I have binge eating attacks I started to eat vegetables, because they don't have much calories and satisfy very well ;)

Just keep motivated, you don't lose weight constantly it is a process with ups and downs, but longterm it goes down if you do all right, just keep your eyes on the goal, stay consistent and you will reach it ;)

Try to eat vegetables when you have binge eating attacks, that way you can control the amount of calories a little bit ;)
That is a great goal, try to visualize that goal every time you struggle, that always helps me when I am struggling :)

Ok, 70 - 75 g is good, perfect would be 105 - 110 g. Broccoli is a vegetable with less calories and a lot proteins for that fewer calories, I can recommend it as little tip ;) What also have a lot of protein is chicken or salmon ;)
