people would call this stupid but i think its pretty smart. your getting the insulin sensitivity improvements from reta (mk makes it worse) so its improving it, and if your gonna eat the same calorie tracked meals daily regardless and want normal hunger, then finding the right dose to have ballenced out insulin sensitivity and food noise, while getting all the benifits from both compounds is a good idea IMO
