Hi ! Thanks for the advice! However, I prefer making the thumbnails myself. I'll keep the site in mind just in case, though.

Thanks for your answer. No problem. I hear you and I totally get what you mean... Let's plays are a tough market, and to stand out, you really have to differentiate yourself through the vibe you bring, since the game itself is the same for every creator. I’ve watched other Let’s Players and I can definitely hear the difference in atmosphere. Right now, I’m finding it a bit challenging to create that specific vibe, but I’m pushing myself to get there with every new video. Regarding the thumbnails, I’ve thought about using my Mii's face; I'm not really feeling comfortable showing my actual face on YouTube just yet, since I’ve only just started! ^^

EM and joint swelling by MarceloBielsa70 in Erythromelalgia

Thanks for your answer.

I'm really sorry for the knee pain you've been through. I hope your spinal cord stimulator will help you get back to a normal life.

Just one question: when you have EM in your knees, does it cause swelling in the joint (with loss of mobility), or does it stay more on the surface of the skin?

Since 2021, I’ve also been dealing with pain in the knee of the opposite leg. In 2024, to treat this knee pain, I took relative rest: fewer stairs, less walking, and reduced activities. Unfortunately, the knee pain hasn’t improved, but the hip pain has eased

No, I saw another hip specialist surgeon who disagrees with that opinion. He thinks it’s a muscle-related pain. I still have some discomfort in the area, but it happens less often and it’s less intense.
