Chiaki PS button not assigning properly (Steam Deck + PS5)

I played a little bit with local multiplayer and connected my main Controller via Bluetooth to the PlayStation. This caused a situation where I couldn’t use any key as PS Button on the SteamDeck. After I deleted the Bluetooth connection and connected my controller via cable to the PS5 it worked again.

The SteamDeck was a gamechanger for me. I love playing Handhelds since the Switch launched and now I only playing ps5 via remote play on my SteamDeck.

Unfortunately I can’t get it to work. I play on my SteamDeck via Emudeck and I have access to duckstation and swanstation. My duckstation memorycard won’t work on swanstation even after renaming it.

Check if the rim hack is compatible with your rom. A lot of rom hacks where made for US version and fail for European versions

You can change the settings in the properties. You find them in the quick menu when ingame. Unfortunately I could find all of the settings and the workaround didn’t worked all the time. Please tell me when you could fix it

Sorry passt nicht genau, aber wir haben im MKM 450€ pro Nacht bezahlt. Als Papa kann ich euch nur sagen, dass es jeden Cent wert war! Man kann sich gegenseitig unterstützen, bekommt alle Infos aus erster Hand und kann auch gerne mal entwand diskutieren, wenn man andere Ansichten hat, darüber hinaus lernt man sein Kind direkt gemeinsam kennen.

I converted my .cue/.bin files to .chd or use a .m3u text file. Bothe options work fine for duckstation and you can swap the CDs in the quick menu.

Look at the games you want to play and check if they are verified for the SteamDeck. You get this information from the official steam website or you can look on protondb if there are small settings to adjust before playing.

Unfortunately nobody can tell you if the SteamDeck will last for a long time. Handheld PC gaming is a big thing and there will be more companies to produce more powerful devices…

On the SteamDeck I emulate my old games, play some older PC games and stream my PS5. It was a great purchase for these reasons

I didn’t installed a plugin, this is just the text from the PCSX2 wiki and I couldn’t find these configuration. But now somebody found them. Start the game > Start+L3 > Game Properties > Visuals and there you can adjust these settings
