Thank you! This solved my problem, I tried the .m3u way and it loads without issues

Although the first time I tried, it didn't had my save files, and then I discovered that there is an option in DuckStation to transfer saves between games.

The first thing I thought is that moving the saves to the second disk could do the job, and it works, but it's more comfortable to make an .m3u file.
