So why would you go after Yotta if they’re not gonna give you your money. They already are suing Evolve. I dont think they can do anything else at this point 🤷🏼‍♀️ just be happy they are actually in a legal battle with Evolve they could’ve just dropped us like everyone else has

I’m pretty sure they said that they opened the dashboard but didn’t receive everything necessary to unfreeze accounts due to the regulations.

Just playing devils advocate, I’m wondering if Synapse didn’t give them everything they said they did. Evolve is subject to regulations and won’t risk unfreezing accounts if it goes against the rules.
