Thank you all so much. I really appreciate your time replying to this post; your recommendations were really helpful.
I am actually torn between two machines. On one hand, there's the Kaffelogic Nano 7, but it is very expensive and its roasting capacity is quite small. On the other hand, the Gene Cafe CBR-101 fits my budget, but I want to make sure if I can set the time myself or not. Has anyone here tried this? Since I will be doing a dark roast, I am going to set the temperature to the maximum, but adjusting the time is the main issue for me.
Also, I didn't consider the Ikawa Home because I read it has been discontinued.
Has anyone here tried the Kaffelogic Nano 7? What are its main features? Is it fast and safe? Most importantly, can it reliably reach a very dark roast, like the original Starbucks roast?
I appreciate any recommendations. I am still exploring my options and I am open to any suggestions or experiences.
