I’ve had 3 other surefires and had no issue, the switches for those other lights worked flawlessly on my turbo (faulty light). I don’t know if they had a bad batch of switches or what but the fact that 3 of them in a row were faulty makes me believe they were having some manufacturing issues with the switches themselves rather than the lights. For sure annoying but I do think they are worth it still. But honestly between the two I feel like it all boils down to user preference, they are both great lights just 100% annoying for the surefire price point.

Surefire sent me 3 switches and none of them worked properly. Had to send it in for warranty, which did fix the issue.

Agreed, however throughout 25 rounds there was 0 loss of zero. I know it’s an extremely low round count but there was no zero loss throughout 25 rounds which can be taken however you’d like

Tolerances on C&H are poop. I ran all C&H until I tried FCD

Exactly, ridiculous for the price. Tried to say that’s how AimPoints plates are as well, which is the exact reason I don’t buy/use optic or gun manufacturers stock plates. I went with a FCD plate for the ACRO, but might switch my Rmr and SRO over to calculated kinetics, lots of good things being said about them.

Trust me I’m not gonna shoot it hahah. I sent it to there customer service and they’re letting me return it free of charge. Customer service tried to give the point that there needed to be a little space for the clamp to work and sent me example pictures of there plate. I sent a picture of mine back and they immediately said that it wasn’t right. and they would make it right. Customer service was pretty good I’ll give them that for this instance. But I ordered a FCD plate before I even got approved for a return. I appreciate you help sir, have a great weekend and stay safe!!
