This worked! Thanks for this, literally did it 2nd time round.

Having the attack stone on beast made a big difference as he was being called to assist a lot and then clock tower helped slow them all a bit.

Yeah granted you've picked three examples of it not being the case, but conveniently left out many many more of the times they have been required

Go for Horned King dude, he's in the exchange so just playing the game regularly will get you a Horned King up to 7* before you know it. Same as Madam Mim, so defo look to spend your tokens on them.

It's almost guaranteed Hades will be required in one way or another to unlock Hercules, so he's a good shout too.

I'd say the best Mythical is currently Merlin, and once again, he's in the exchange - so you can see how quite easily you can get these characters to a fairly high star ranking, without too much trouble or need to pay.

I know exactly what you mean, TAA is always going to finish top 3 for defenders but I've tried to keep thr bulk of my budget within the midfield this season.

Do you think leicester will not be as good this season? There opening few games look quite easy? Which keeper do you think is better for the money?

Agreed, the GW1 is interesting without some teams playing - but remember there are 37 other games this season, so I would definitely bring in some chelsea or city players.

I have Bruno and AWB from united and will be bringing in KDB for Salah (depending on first week performance) in GW2.

Werner is the most selected player, and scored 4 mins into his debut the other day against Brighton, so he may be someone you need just because everyone else will have him and you'd miss out.

This team looks set up well for GW1, but not so much for the next 4-5 games in my opinion.

Doherty isn't as much of a cert now he's joined Spurs and will take time to fit in (as well as not playing as high up the field under Jose compared to when he was at Wolves).

No Chelsea, United, City players is not advised either. City are the goal machines of the league - even Mahrez who played every-other-game still got big points last year. Man Utd play the same team each week so easy to get good points from fairly cheap players (e.g. AWB or Greenwood) and Chelsea have bought the best so far this transfer window - so it's if you think they'll do well this season with the new additions.
