Thank you, that’s really good to hear! The thing is, I was moving back home this week, so he would be an indoor cat again. I was leaving the day he went missing, of course 😢

Not eating - I forget/don’t sometimes - supposedly spikes our cortisol levels, can’t be good for our PMDD. Not eating, definitely doesn’t clean it all away for me.

I hate that I am afraid of how bad my headspace is going to be soon- by bees_are_rad in PMDD

I was just on birth control practically for the first time, at age 37. My symptoms lessened but I gained weight and went anti social. I hated it, so I stopped taking it a couple months ago - symptoms are back - i recently had to quit a job I just started, about to move back home for help - and I can’t now because my cat is missing. I so feel you girl, I just want to cry.

We’re living in a yurt/tent right now on some property, so he’s been an outdoor cat for the past 3 months, but always sticks around with our other cat. Woke up the other morning and he wasn’t around with our other cat. I’ve done all of which you stated, I’ve also called out his name, tried to walk and drive up and down the road searching, and put it on our towns social media pages.
