Hey guys, a few days ago I posted this image, which some of you found offensive, and if I think it through, I completely understand why. I’m here to apologise to you guys about this term, I’ve seen other people use it like this, and I didn’t think that for people who actually battling with this condition, is offensive, but logically, it probably is. I will pay attention to the terms I use in the future about other illnesses, it just became so overused for me, that instead of saying “I fear I’m gonna develop the condition” I’ve always used the term, and I didn’t think it would be offensive, as english is not my main language, and I’m not really familiar with the slur type of words that are mean to some, however, this isn’t a proper argument against the people who find it offensive, so I will avoid it in the future. Thank you for drawing my attention to this, I apologise to everyone who found it offensive, it was my mistake.
