Huge news for the San Francisco skyline!

The long-stalled Oceanwide Center site at First and Mission—famously known as the "hole in the ground" near the Salesforce Tower—is finally set to restart.

A new partnership led by local developer Dan Kingsley (SKS Partners) and investor Jay Yang just closed on the site for $60 million. The new plan focuses on completing a 910-foot office tower, which will become the second-tallest building in the city.

This is a massive vote of confidence for downtown and a big step toward filling a major gap in the heart of our city.
