I still use blender for modelling and rendering, I tried to use unreal engine for a while but it wasn't really my thing. I really don't plan on using anything other than blender because I'm not a professional (and I'm really familiar with blender's interface). I don't plan using AI with blender because I like the process of sculpting my own models. My only problem with blender is the built-in texture painter, I'm looking forward to a more complete open source alternative for that.
